Integration with Jira Board  –  a project Associated with Kmbal Ltd.

Designed and developed an enterprise bug reporting platform integrated with Jira to automate issue creation, backlog management, developer assignment, sprint tracking, and Scrum-based software delivery. The solution streamlines collaboration between operations and development teams while providing end-to-end visibility from issue reporting to deployment.

 

Business Challenge

Before the implementation:

  • Bug reporting relied on manual communication through emails and chat messages.
  • Developers manually created Jira tickets, resulting in duplicated effort.
  • Limited visibility into issue progress and ownership.
  • Sprint planning required manually reviewing reported issues.
  • No centralized audit trail for reported defects.
  • Difficulty prioritizing and tracking production issues.

 

Solution

Developed a centralized Bug Reporting module integrated with Jira that enables:
